Life Mechanics offers a new approach to developing coping skills. I like the term "coping skills" because that's pretty much where most of us are at on a daily basis -- "How do I cope with my life today?" At the June 13 workshop, you will be working with Life Mechanics tools and techniques: a new, simple and empowering method for addressing and solving problems you grapple with in your daily life.
You need no special training. These tools work "right out of the box" so to speak. And, with some training, therapists and other wellness practitioners can integrate them into their practice to enhance client/patient progress.
I developed this approach over the last 23 years of advanced study and training in the mechanics and effect of thought and experience within the human psyche.
This method gives you a way to safely explore your own life to find the cause of habits, behavior, and fears, then free yourself from them. The flip side is you can use this same approach to find and understand your strengths, capabilities and talents. You can use this method to address a single issue (like spot cleaning), or your can completely recreate your life and how you live it.
The only preparation for successful use of these tools is to accept these two assumptions:
1st - you are a governing force separate from your thoughts and experiences.
2nd - you have the power of choice.
During the Your New Way Forward workshop, we will start by working with these two assumptions, then move on the first workshop -- How We Love.
